The main function of zoom category tools are to adjust your viewpoint relative to the worksheet, especially by zooming it in or out, and draging worksheet to another spot. These tasks can be carried out with zoom and hand tool:
1. Zoom tool
Zoom tool is used to expand or reduce your viewpoint to worksheet. You can do this by simply clicking zoom in 
button several times on spesific part of object or spot (location) ro reduce viewpoint, or clicking zoom out 
button to expand overall viewpoint. In addition, you can do drag-and-drop mechanism to forward the zoom-in effect.

You can also make adjustment to zoom effect by choosing below options available on property bar:

2. Hand Tool
Meanwhile, hand tool is used to move worksheet in order to locate object resides beyond it. Click hand tool
to start with. Then press and hold mouse button, and move the pointer to another direction. Release hold if you have located the object.
